Flying Legends – we keep them flying!

We, Flying Legends GmbH, operate a unique collection of historic aircraft, primarily from the 1940s era, and regularly showcase them at airshows and events throughout Germany and Europe.

The company was founded in 2020 by Georg Raab, an entrepreneur and passionate aviation enthusiast, who set out with the mission to keep the history of these legendary aircraft alive.

Our work goes beyond preserving these historic machines — it’s about safeguarding history, technology, and passion. As Raab himself puts it: “I see myself as a caretaker of these aircraft — someone who understands that they are only in my possession for a certain time and that it is my duty to preserve them for future generations.” This statement reflects a deep sense of responsibility to present these aircraft in their true element — in the air.

The collection is based at Siegerland Airport (EDGS), and the aircraft are available for cost-sharing flights, photo flights, airshow displays, and film productions.
